The Leadership Theory

The three essential skills needed for leadership are technical, human, and conceptual. In the model for this leadership style, a leader’s attributes, personality, and cognitive abilities influence the acquired skills and knowledge they use to solve problems and achieve goals.

Integrity:

Integrity is the trait of sticking to your ethics and moral principles. Examples of a person with integrity include someone who keeps their promises, takes personal responsibility for their actions, treats others with respect at all times, and follows the rules. This balance allows the individual to engage in a certain level of social interaction, helping safeguard the reputation and social identity while protecting personal integrity.

Positive self evaluation phrases for integrity:

  • Give credit where credit is due (human).
  • Establish honest two-way communication with cutomers (human, technical).
  • Hold a strong sense of right and wrong, and consistently strive to do what’s right (Human, Conceptual).
  • Set high brand standards of integrity (Conceptual).
  • Keep to your word on all matters (Human).
Brand integrity consists of aBrand Essence, Brand Voice, and Brand Promises. Brand essence is an articulation of your brand’s unique identity; the brand voice is your brand’s consistent identity or the outward projection of its essence; brand promises are the attributes your brand guarantees to its consumers.
